MOBILE HOLIDAY PARTY PACKAGE

WE COME TO YOU! — $650
Off-site / Mobile Set UP

We bring our brick-stacked cart-of-fun to you! We design activities for up to 35 guests for any age range and use only official LEGO® System bricks. We will arrive and set up 45-30 minutes prior our scheduled start time.

Additional guests are $15 and can be added after booking, if needed.

We are offering this booking until December 31st. If the time listed does not align with your needs, just ask! We are flexible with our mobile party offerings! If you would like to celebrate in January - let us know!


We will set up two 4-foot tables with loose LEGO® brick for games & challenges — holiday themed, of course! Once our games are completed, the last activity will be our Build-A-Minifigure station, where each guest can build one Minifigure to keep!

WHAT WE INCLUDE

  • Two dedicated Bricks ROC! staff members for your party needs throughout the party.

  • Planned age-appropriate LEGO® challenges and games throughout the evening to include all supplies needed.

  • Two 4-foot folding tables for standing activities with our loose LEGO® brick.

  • Spandex table-top coverings in red.

  • One Minifigure for each guest to build and take home!

OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS & CONFIRMATIONS

  • We are based in Fairport, NY. For travel fees: 0–10 miles free; then $50+.

  • If you would rather us use tables already provided by the venue - we can!

  • Confirmation of location and arrival will need to be confirmed 48 hours prior.

  • We will handle all of our setup and teardown to include any trash or cleanup of pieces that may have fallen on the floor.

Your date and time can be booked via our online calendar above.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you want to use another form of payment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

For our Custom Kits, please inquire.

Payments

Cancellations & Reschedules

Cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted via email or by phone/voicemail.

For cancellations requested within 48 hours of booking: 90% of your amount paid will be refunded.

For cancellations requested past 48 hours of booking: 50% of your amount paid will be refunded.

For cancellations requested less than 48 hours before your party, we will credit to reschedule and work with you for a new date and time. No refunds will be offered.

If you choose to reschedule at any time, we will work with you to find an available date and time on our calendar.

If we (Bricks ROC) have to cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your balance paid or an option to reschedule.
