BRICK PROCESSOR - ENTRY LEVEL

Bricks ROC! – PROCESSING Team

Role Overview:

The Brick Processor prepares LEGO® inventory for sale by cleaning, sorting, and organizing bricks and sets. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and can stay productive independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, dust, and sort LEGO® bricks and sets to store standards

• Maintain an organized, tidy back-room workspace

• Follow established systems for sorting and storage

• Provide updates and communicate clearly with the processing team and leadership

• Track and communicate supply needs within your area of responsibility (AOR)

Work Environment:

• Primarily independent work in a designated processing space

• Requires attention to detail and consistency across repetitive tasks

• Occasional collaboration with other team members to maintain workflow and efficiency

• Reports to Supervisors, Management, and Owners

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 or older

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable and consistent

• Interest and knowledge in LEGO® products, themes, and parts preferred

Pay and Hours

• Hourly position: $16 per hour

• 16-32 hours per week

Seasonal Retail Associate

Bricks ROC! – Retail Team

Role Overview

Our Seasonal Retail Associates support day-to-day store operations during our busy spring and summer season. This role focuses on creating a welcoming customer experience while keeping the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately

• Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, clean store environment

• Support team members to keep daily operations running efficiently

Bricks ROC! is looking for energetic, creative, and reliable Seasonal Party & Events Assistants to help us deliver unforgettable LEGO®-themed celebrations! In this role, you’ll support our team in running birthday parties, private events, and community programs—bringing the fun while keeping things organized. You’ll also jump in with occasional retail support when needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position for someone who loves working with kids and families.

• Assist with the setup, facilitation, and cleanup of Bricks ROC! birthday parties and events.

• Lead or support building activities, games, and party challenges.

• Provide excellent customer service to families, guests, and event participants.

• Ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all attendees.

• Support the retail floor as needed, including customer assistance and light stocking.

Position Details

• Weekend availability required (Saturdays and Sundays); some evening events

• Must be able to lift ~25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Training provided
