What We Accept:

• Loose LEGO® bricks (clean and sorted or unsorted)

• Sealed, built or unbuilt sets, even if instructions or boxes are missing

• Minifigures (individual or grouped)

• Retired or collectible sets

• Official LEGO® merchandise (storage bins, keychains, posters, etc.)

HOW IT WORKS:

Here are a few tips to help you get the most value when bringing your LEGO® items in:

• Offer Type: We’ll evaluate your items and present both a cash and an in-store credit offer. Store credit gets you more!

• Evaluation Factors: We cannot offer a blanket percentage. LEGO® doesn’t work that way! Our offers are based on several things—condition, completeness, cleanliness, current demand, and quantity.

• Used Sets: Built sets that include all original minifigures and instructions usually receive the best offers.

• Bulk LEGO®: We buy bulk LEGO® by weight. Higher offers go to clean, all-LEGO® collections (no non-LEGO®, no trash), with a good mix of pieces. TIP: Remove the minifigures from bulk - they are usually worth more!

• Condition Matters: We cannot accept items that are…

  • Chewed or broken

  • Glued or modified with paint/marker

  • Dirty, moldy, or smell of smoke

• Walk-ins Welcome, Appointments Encouraged: We do our best to accommodate everyone, but priority is given to customers with appointments.

Buy/Sell/Trade Appointment Policy

At Bricks ROC!, we want every customer to have a smooth and personalized experience when buying, selling, or trading their LEGO® items. To help us give you our full attention and the best possible service, we offer appointments for buy/sell/trade evaluations.

Appointments Encouraged, Walk-ins Welcome

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure a dedicated team member is available to review your LEGO® items. When you schedule with us, we’ll send you a calendar confirmation with all the details.

Walk-ins are always welcome—but please note:

• Customers with appointments will be helped first.

• Walk-ins may experience a wait, especially during busy times.

Timing & Courtesy

• If you have an appointment and arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if your arrival overlaps with another scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit.

• If we’re in the middle of assisting a walk-in and an appointment holder arrives (within 15 minutes of their scheduled time), we may need to pause the walk-in to honor the scheduled time slot.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Life happens—we get it! If you can’t make your appointment, just let us know as soon as possible so we can open the spot for someone else or help walk-in customers more efficiently.
