In-Store & After Hours

Our store front is transformed for a fun, cocktail-style event. We design and lead age appropriate activities for up to 35 guests and use only official LEGO® System bricks.

Additional guests are $15 and can be added after booking, if needed.
Maximum of 50 guests for cockail-style.

2 HOUR PARTY TIME

We are offering this booking until December 31st. Hours vary based on the date and our holiday retail hours. Please refer to our booking calendar. If you would like to celebrate in January - let us know!

We will have the space ready for you 30 minutes prior to the start time. If additional set up time is needed, the start time of the party will adjust accordingly. Our first staff-led (holiday themed!) LEGO® activity will begin around 30 minutes after the party’s start time and more challenges will take place periodically throughout the party, letting guests mingle and browse the store throughout the night. Once our games are completed, the last activity provided will be our Build-A-Minifigure station, where each guest can build one Minifigure to keep! This station will remain open for the rest of the evening.

WHAT WE INCLUDE

  • Party Planning to include creating the timeline of activities, the layout, managing setup & cleanup, as well as any rental drop-offs and/or vendor management.

  • Two dedicated Bricks ROC! staff members for your party needs throughout the party.

  • Planned age-appropriate LEGO® challenges and games throughout the evening to include all supplies needed.

  • One Minifigure for each guest to build and take home.

  • Up to four 6-foot folding tables with white folding chairs.

  • Spandex table-top coverings in red, blue, or black.

  • Our Lounge area with two couches.

  • One 6-foot wooden table (white) for food & drink display.

  • One water dispenser with disposable cups.

  • Trash & recycling bins placed throughout the store.

CATERING, BAR, & RENTALS

  • You can provide outside food and beverages, if desired.

  • Catering will need to be drop off, as we do not have a kitchen or prep space.

  • If alcohol is desired, a licensed and insured bartender or company is required and a Certificate of Insurance provided.

  • You can bring in additional decor. Please make sure that any wall and furniture damage is negated.

Your date and time can be booked via our online calendars above.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you want to use another form of payment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payments

Cancellations & Reschedules

Cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted via email or by phone/voicemail.

For cancellations requested within 48 hours of booking: 90% of your amount paid will be refunded.

For cancellations requested past 48 hours of booking: 50% of your amount paid will be refunded.

For cancellations requested less than 48 hours before your party, we will credit to reschedule and work with you for a new date and time. No refunds will be offered.

If you choose to reschedule at any time, we will work with you to find an available date and time on our calendar.

If we (Bricks ROC) have to cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your balance paid or an option to reschedule.
