Cancellations & reschedules

Cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted via email or by phone/voicemail.

For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event , 50% of your amount paid will be refunded.

No cancellations will be refunded less than 48 hours before the event.

If we (Bricks ROC) have to cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your balance paid or an option to book another event.
